The Life-Changing Power of DISCIPLINE! (w/ Erik Allen)

So I recently sat down with entrepreneur and avid podcaster Erik Allen (@erikgallen) to talk about the lessons he learned throughout his personal journey as both a father and a son. During his younger days, Erik faced a lot of demons and struggled out of his addictions. He was jailed at the age of 18 and went bankrupt when he turned 21, and felt as if his life wasn’t going anywhere if he stayed in that cycle. After waking up and seeing his friends still passed out from the party the night before, he realized that it was time for a change.

Motivational Buddhist Scriptures -The Noble Eightfold Path

On this episode, I read and dissect one of the best pieces of self help and motivation coming straight out of the Buddhist scriptures! This is amazing for entrepreneurs as it describes a true entrepreneur mindset -but I think it’s also relevant to EVERYBODY on earth right now!

Affirmations – Self Kindness and Reassurance

What about you, do YOU constantly remind and reassure yourself of everything great that you can do? Are you as kind to yourself as you are to others?
