On this video, I talk to motivational speaker and Positive Progression founder Emmet Naughton to talk about the importance of having a Transformative Mindset. Tune in as Emmet shares his personal experiences as a speaker, and how he moved to London from a small town in Ireland. He learned that people need to become aware of the negative thoughts that cross their minds, and rewrite them to replace them with a more positive syntax.

A Transformative Mindset allows you to be more adaptive to the challenges you face. They it isn’t a process of change, but more of a permanent state. To always be aware of what holds you down means that you’ll be able to constantly change yourself to get rid of those hurdles. When you finally remove all of the “Mental Gremlins” trying to poison your mind, you’ll find that transforming into the person you want to be becomes much easier.

Emmet Naughton is an entrepreneur, author, investment professional and motivatonal speaker who zeroes in on personal development. It all started when Emmet picked up a book on mindset called “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Vincent Norman Peale, and eventually had him completely HOOKED on working on his own growth to break free from his mental barriers and finally reach his full potential.

Currently the co-founder of Positive Progression, it’s his passion to help others reach their full potential by guiding them and giving them key insights on how they can break through and shift towards a more successful mindset. Featured on The Telegraph and Medium, Positive Progression offers 1-on-1 coaching on both mindset and communication, equipping you with what you need to become the best version of yourself.
